CONTEMPORARY CHALET

This stunning home set in the beautiful Lora Bay was designed from start to finish with Alair Homes Grey Bruce. 

The homeowners were drawn to blues hues and sleek black fixtures. The goal was to combine both of their tastes by blending contemporary design with rustic elements to create a glamorous contemporary chalet.

By using hand selected, custom stained, reclaimed wood details; including a custom barn board wall in the entertainment room, an inset wood ceiling in the office and the stunning wood bulkhead in the kitchen, we were able to add warmth to the sleek finishes and fixtures. 

This client was bold in trusting us with the use of patterns and textures which allowed us to bring in a striking mix of geometric tiles and wall papers as well as some very upscale millwork pieces. A further example of this can been seen in the fabric selections made for the custom designed sofa and chairs in the great room as well as in the master bedroom with the selection of fabrics that add to the glamour of this space. 

All cabinetry in the home was designed by Blended Interiors as well as many custom pieces of furniture throughout the home. This amazing new build allowed us to work with many talented trades that helped execute each piece of the project with perfection.
