From there, we recognize which service may be best for your particular project. IN-HOME DESIGN CONSULTATION
The best way to start the design process is with an In-Home Consultation. This is an opportunity for you to meet & greet with the Blended design team, in the comfort of your home. The goal of this meeting is to get to know each other, discuss your design goals & take a tour of the spaces you wish to redesign.
INTERIOR DESIGN & SPACE PLANNING

Feeling inspired from your in-home consultation and are ready to make your dreams a reality? The next step in design process is space planning! This is where creativity begins to flow, and ideas come to life. An additional tour of the home is conducted, and measurements taken (or a review of drafted house plans). We look forward to gaining a further sense of your aesthetic and an understanding of how you want the spaces to function. From here, the design team will begin to reimagine your home, taking the information and ideas discussed and draft them in our realistic rendering software. These plans can be developed for use in the building/quoting process and concept development. |
CUSTOM CABINET DESIGN
Whether you are building a new home, renovating, or looking to add additional built-in storage, Blended Interiors can help with all your custom cabinet design needs! We are happy to meet with you on site or in our studio to assist you with your design goals. We create custom design packages that can be used to source quality cabinetry from any manufacture for estimates. As part of your design package, we provide finishes and fixture consultation and sourcing, ensuring that every detail works in harmony.

3D INTERIOR & EXTERIOR RENDERINGS
We love that we can show our clients a life like representation of their design! Blended will create 3D images to illustrate and conceptualize each space in the given project. This can include an exterior rendering if within the scope of the project contract. The intention of these images is to aid in the visualization of the ideas and concepts presented and to also assist in selecting materials and finishes. MATERIAL, FIXTURE & FINISH SPECIFICATIONS
This service is a fabulous part of our full-service interior design menu. Let us help you compile all of your materials, finishes, paint colours, lighting and plumbing fixtures into one cohesive concept. We can approach this service multiple ways - we narrow down the selections for you to choose from or we can all go shopping for your selections all together. We are flexible with this service and it is truly up you how hands-on you would like to be!
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Seeing a client’s project through to completion is always so satisfying! Project management & organization is a much-valued part of our full design services menu. Blended Interiors oversees all critical aspects of the construction phase, including regular visits and communication with you, the builder & the contractor. We will work with the trades to ensure the design is properly executed, including fixture rough ins (plumbing & electrical) as well as installation of finishes. We work to ensure that the project is staying on track and organized.
