What is black and white and glamorous all over? This beautiful home we had the pleasure of working on. These clients met with us when planning out their new build back in 2019. They wanted to create a contemporary luxurious kitchen and follow this look through into their bathrooms.

A custom-built home by Alair Homes Grey Bruce featured in the heart of beautiful Southampton. We had the joy of assisting a wonderful couple with the design of their new beachside home. The process started with thoughtfully planning the many areas of the home that included custom cabinetry. From there, we continued to assist the client with the design process by helping them select all their finishes; from flooring to wall colour, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.  We were pleased to be able to work alongside Steve Davis Construction on this new cottage build featured along the shoreline of Georgian Bay. This sweet cottage nestled in the trees with breathtaking views of the water, was designed to let in the light and admire the views, as well as host and entertain family and friends. With style, budget and practicality in mind, this home still boasts some impressive design features.  This stunning home set in the beautiful Lora Bay was designed from start to finish with Alair Homes Grey Bruce. The homeowners were drawn to blues hues and sleek black fixtures. The goal was to combine both of their tastes by blending contemporary design with rustic elements to create a glamorous contemporary chalet.  |
